Regular attendance at school is vital for your child to get the very best from their learning experiences.
Our magic number, as all the children can tell you, is 95% which is GREEN attendance. This is a target we would aim for every child to be in school every day!
AMBER attendance is anything between 90 - 95%.
RED attendance is anything less than 90%.
We understand that on times, a child is too unwell to attend school (for example if they have had a stomach bug or chicken pox etc), but we would ask that if your child has a cold or sore throat or feeling slightly unwell, that they attend school, where we can make sure they will be cared for whilst not affecting their learning. If children are too unwell to remain in school, you will be contacted.
